I have a complete set of maps from the National Geospatial Intelligence agency when it provided public access. They are to be used for educational purposes or for flight simulation (they are out of date for real flying).
Unfortunately these documents are large (some are 300MB) but the upload only allows 5MB. I have selected some that may be useful.
The files are all US government copyright, so there should be no issues with publishing them.
Two files are indexes of enroute maps so let me know which files you want.
The others are two sample Approach maps for Prestwick and Frankfurt.
They are all PDF.

US versions can be bought at NACO.
