Since info is hard to come by, as I find them I will post it. Feel free to update/make corrections.

MIAMI CTA/FIR HAVANA CTA/FIR -- MIAMI CTA/FIR
Aircraft on IFR flight plans entering the Miami CTA/FIR at FL240 and above from the Havana CTA/FIR are requested to establish communication with Miami Oceanic CTA/FIR boundary (Long. 2400N) on the frequencies listed below for airways/direct routes:
between 8100W-8300W 132.2 VHF/323.1 UHF
between 8000W-8100W 124.7 VHF/323.0 UHF
between 7810W-8000W 135.22 VHF/381.45 UHF
between 7810W-Southeast to 2200N/7500 W 127.22 VHF/239.02 UHF
Aircraft on IFR flight plans entering the Miami CTA/FIR below FL240 from the Havana CTA/FIR are requested to establish communication with Miami ARTCC 10 minutes prior to the Miami Oceanic CTA/FIR boundary (Long. 2400N) on the frequencies listed below:
B646 & G765 - 132.2 VHF/323.1 UHF
B503 - 127.22 VHF/239.02 UHF
G437 - 125.7 VHF/307.9 UHF
A301 & R628 - 135.6 VHF/269.05 UHF.

actually have been listening here in FLL and there seems to be a fewother frequencies such as 126.325 whiuch seems to be a replacement of 135.225 and there seems to be action on 126.375 ?? Will be leaving tomorrow back to NY  arrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr !!!

IF UNABLE TO CONTACT MIAMI ARTCC. CALL NEW YORK ARINC PRIOR TO THE MIAMI CTA/FIR ON THE FOLLOWING FREQUENCIES: VHF - 130.7, HF (DAY) - 8918, 11396, HF (NIGHT) - 6586, 5550. WIE UNTIL UFN

I sent it to Daryl, because I did not hear from you, and know that you were on vacation. I will send the High and some what complete low sector map with freqs that I sent to daryl. ZMA64 is using 126.525 followed by ZMA 40 for  flights going over to Jamaica/Cuba via URSUS to UCA will use 126.325 10 mins before Havana Airspace

ok back home from a 7 hour flight from fll to ewr there is a freeq that was being used and it was 126.275 and you are right on the 123.675

Havana Center boundary at 24 degrees North Lat, contact 10 mins before FIR

Havana Center
Sector A 120.25  ( Miami 135.225/126.325 prior to entry) direct URSUS (N24 79 W)
Sector B 123.7    ( Miami 127.4 prior to entry ) direct TADPO (24 N 81 W )
Sector C 133.7    ( Bahamas entry)
Sector D 135.1    (Miami Key West Oceanic 127.4 & 132.2 H/L) direct CANOA (24N 
                             83W).

128.7 was being used as well I cant remember where I left my notes but 128.7 I heard a few AA flights on and The contact was MIA ARTCC.
