Today at 1524 EST I was listening to a pair of aircraft were talking on 273.900 MHz.
This freq is a Florida Air National Guard SOF frequency.
One of the aircraft on this freq declares an emergency.
Never found out who it was or much more than what is in the recording.
Its not the best recording, but it is something you don't hear everyday.
