I was getting checked out by the Polezei Helicopter.
Are those missiles (look like sidewinders)
My First Post! Love this site BTW.

I do not believe those are missiles.....could they be part of a float system?

Anyway, welcome and thanks for posting the audio...very interesting. I think that the local police probably had their own briefing and orders which maybe wasn't coordinated with the USAF, hence the misunderstandings. Everybody remained professional, which is certainly a testament to their training.

no those arent missles...i dont know WHAT they are but i can at least tell you they arent missles...

I think what you are seeing is some type of stabilizer on the rear portion on the skid, and a spotlight and what looks like night-vision camera...see the pic here...
