Air France 022 Threat May 25

Here is the audio for Air France flight 022 on May 25.  It has been pieced together from a number of different feeds starting from the point where the flight starts down from FL400 on ZBW 128.75 to after landing.  Unfortunately, the 30-minute feed segment for 128.75 before this recording starts was not available for some reason so it picks up with the flight already on 128.75.

You can also hear ATC talking with FLEM31 (at least that's what it sounds like) which were the fighter jets escorting the Air France aircraft.  The fighters were operating on UHF so, unfortunately, you can only hear the ATC side of those comms.  The fighters were given handoffs to NY Approach but there was no reference to the fighters on the approach frequency.  I'm guessing they just monitored the approach freq.

I believe the callsign is SLAM 31, which is the 104th Fighter Wing from Barnes Air National Guard Base in Westfield MA according to http://henney.com/chm/callsign.htm https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/104th_Fighter_Wing

Yea that makes sense, I didn't think the fighters came out of Mcguire considering where this plane was intercepted...and SLAM definitely sounds better than FLEM

Could anyone tell me the callsign of the vehicle that is called "whatever 15B" ?? I hear "car" but not sure...

All they say is Car 15B. Might be a police car.
