An American Airlines flight bound for Ireland diverted to Boston.
Massport said American Airlines 722 departed from Philadelphia For Dublin when it was diverted to Boston. Officials first said the cause of the diversion was an unruly female passenger who had to be restrained, but officials are now saying it was a medical situation.State police said the woman was suffering from a medical condition and was removed from the aircraft. She was taken to Mass. General Hospital for evaluation and faces no charges
