Aer Lingus In Flight Hydraulic Failure

An Aer Ligus flight (EIN11EA) that departed JFK this evening experienced a hydraulic problem that forced their return to JFK.

The aircraft landed safely on runway 22L and is stopped on the runway and will need to be towed off the runway.  Emergency equipment reported that there was a fire on the landing gear that was quickly extinguished by the emergency services.  Audio from this incident will be posted in the Audio Clips forum shortly...
