Very exciting. The track where the guy was fighting with his autopilot gave me creeps.

A good reminder for light GA pilots to review all of the methods to disengage one's autopilot. 

Typically there are at least five different ways, including pulling the circuit breaker, turning off the master, turning off the avionics switch, and of course the more obvious methods like the yoke switch, the disengage method on the AP itself, and yanking the yoke hard (which obviously didn't work in this poor pilot's case).
