Autopilot failure on ILS approach
« on: August 02, 2015, 08:50:10 AM »
This Royal Flying Doctor Service PC-12 had flown from Alice Springs and was on an ILS approach into Adelaide when the Autopilot gave up. The plane would have had single pilot (after the Autopilot failure definitely a single pilot). I don't know if they had a patient in board but if they did, I'm sure the alarms would have caused them some concern.
