It's from Cannon AFB back in 2004-ish. I remember finding the video (being a grainy HUD tape from a taxiing F-16) of this incident years ago, and the video got taken down..and after years and years of looking, I finally found it again..and just had to save it and share it lest it get lost once more!

When this poilt reported to work the next day, it was likely that he had a new "callsign" on his desk and emblazoned on his flight helmet in reflective tape.
Probably somehing like "CRAPPER" or "GASMAN"

Never laughed so hard listening to a pilot.
