I love it!  I work Casino Surveillance and there are times when we use MOCHA HAGTDI in our radio calls to security.  I miss ATC (retired USAF ATC'r) and this is about my only connection to the career field.  THANK YOU to everyone who posts!

What does the Mocha Hagtdi mean? I could listen to Boston John all day... He is Legend.... Jet....Bluuuuuuuuue. The Jetblue guys are a classy act. Following his lead and everything!

Mocha Hagotdi is the Cape Air Slogan.
It simply means Making Our Customers Happy and Having a GOod time doing it.

You are right: Boston John is a class. I wish I heard him on more often. I personally haven't heard him in months.

That hakuna matta thing & all the time wasted with silly stuff. Make no mistake, I enjoy my job & joke sometimes but this guy is endlessly amusing. Too much so.

Not silly when you understand it's Mocha Hagotdi and it's the theme for Cape Air out of BOS.

I think the fact he's so animated keeps everyone on their feet and pay attention to the radio.

Worrying is like a rocking chair, it gives you something to do, but doesn't get you anywhere...write that down.
