In the audio there's a lot dead silence, and the controller doesn't sound professional to me....
He sounds like a very fat man with breathing problems....

Loud and not so clear.  That's what the numbers are for.

Sir,please,do not explain me what are these numbers for, because you don't know who I am or what is my job.Right?

I perfectly know what are the numbers for. There is no such thing as 5 by 4,because you cannot hear somebody "5" and аt the same time the greatest opportunity of readability is 4!

Another thing is 4 by 5! Right? There is a huge difference.

So,I will say it again-"If you can't say anything good, just say nothing"

If you want to be rude to people I suggest that you find another forum.

In the traditional HAM radio RST signal reporting, "5 by 4" would mean that a signal is clearly readable but the signal strength is weak.  That is a perfectly valid combination.

Likewise, "4 by 5" is a valid combination (strong signal but understandable with slight difficulty).  It may be that the operator in this case got the numbers switched, meaning the latter but saying the former. If that strikes you as funny then enjoy yourself.  But please don't be rude to other contributors.  Would you visit someone's home and insult them while eating at their table?

"I hear you 5 by 2, Please say all words twice."
I've heard that msg before, both as a ham radio operator and a military radio operator on HF air-to-ground frequencies.
In ham radio it's RST - R = readability, S = signal strength (up to 9 on a Q-meter), and T = tone (when using Morse code).
In the military, it's sort of the opposite. 5 x 5 would be loud and clear, but a 3 x 3 would be weak and barely readable. Been there, done that.
