It's idiots like this that will probably get the best plane spotting spot in the world closed.  I could visualize the wake tossing him over the fence

It is most definitely real.
 Princess Juliana Airport on the Island of St. Maarten, is known world over for this this.

Here is a Google map of the island...zoom in on the airport...the runway butts right up to the beach! And it's a visual approach! No ILS here!

Definately real. Doubt it would be closed for this as they are not as uptight as we are and its a great tourist attraction. Great video. No better way to say what one did this summer.
