Attached is the audio archive of ATC during and after a Cessna 206 had a landing gear collapse on landing.  August 10, 1630 zulu to 1800 zulu.  Runway 13/31 was closed, flight diverted, small planes and student pilot(N97019) directed to land on 18, which is not a normal airplane landing strip with a strong crosswind.  The crash occurs 9 minutes into this recording.
