Smoke in cabin emergency at Albany Airport (KALB) on 10 August

American Eagle flight 5446, which was carrying nearly 40 people, reported the smoke while descending into Albany.

I love "nearly 40" in the report.  I guess if your not quite certain if it's 37 or 39 you just use "nearly 40"
