« on: May 23, 2008, 03:03:26 PM »
Alpine Flt. 5008, a Beech 1900 mail plane, crashed this morning shortly after take-off. The only fatality was the single pilot.
The first clip is the city emergency units responding to the 911 call(s).
The second clip is the KBIL tower operator.

I feel for the Controller. You can tell by his voice he was a little shaken up.

Just curious, how did you get the crash response audio?

For yourself and others that may be interested, there are other live feed systems available similar to this one.
This particular referenced one is at:
www.scanmontana.com
Check the RH sidebar on it for links to other States, then link from those to various cities, counties, etc.
Most, if not all, of them also have archived recodings as well.
