Weather around time of crash:
KLGB 161653Z 11003KT 8SM OVC008 15/12 A3012 RMK AO2 SLP200 T01500122 $

Lots of helicopter traffic and Special VFR traffic at the time.

No more details yet - cause of crash is unknown and will be under investigation by the NTSB.
