If you listen to the frequency covering the 10C approach at O'Hare, you'll hear some of it, but then there is a point where you don't hear it anymore (must have taken them to another frequency...?). DuPage tower never talked to them...if you listen to their frequency, you hear them indicate that they are talking to TRACON the entire way down.
