HF Communication Sample

I am looking for a sample recording showing the difficulty in communicating/receiving a clearance/reclearance due to atmospheric disturbances.  As we know some days are worse than others communicating with radio operators on HF.  Days of sunspots with a lot of congestion can be very frustrating.
