How do you upload an audio clip?

Can anyone upload an audio clip and if so how do you do it?

1.Click on new topic. 2. Fill in subject and message. 3. Click additional options (lower left corner), browse for the file you want and upload it. Remember to try to modify the mp3 with an audio editor or else it will be a super long and super huge file.
