Actually, the approach into Lin Zhi is an RNP approach.  Aircraft are now being equipped and certified to use these procedures, and since the procedure itself is all based off GPS, many of the approach segments are curved as on MLS approaches.

The FAA is currently testing numerous RNP approaches throughout the United States, particularly at Morristown, NJ, Gary, IN, and a few other places.  Here's what the RNAV (RNP) Rwy 30 approach looks like into Gary, IN.

Innsbruck, Austria (LOWI) is much more complicated. Check out the RNP R-Nav approach for 26. That´s sick!

It seems more likely to be an MLS approach, though Ive never actually flown one projected view from the cockpit looks like it could be.
