The crew of an Air Canada Jazz de Havilland Dash 8-100, flight QK-7771 from Toronto Pearson,ON to North Bay,ON (Canada), declared emergency reporting vibrations in the control column about 5 minutes into the flight and returned to Toronto, where the airplane landed safely on runway 05 about 15 minutes later.
