Please tell me that was a student pilot solo in Helicopter N7196W.  That was horrible.  Instructors, please ensure students can handle "conversational English" before going solo at an airport as complex as Long Beach.

Glad this ended without major incident.  Sounds like a few people were checked out after being injured on the slides during evacuation.

Seriously.  To me the most remarkable thing about this clip is the helicopter pilot.  I have no idea what he said, and he clearly didn't follow the tower's instructions.  Yikes.

Right - The more interesting segment was the guy not understanding that needs to land on pad 3 and shutdown -- all while the tower was trying to work an emergency.

Second most stupid thing with this incident - the cabin crew apparently manually deployed all the oxygen masks. Bet they've got some retraining to do.

Wow they need an English requirement to even get in the cockpit I say. Horrible.
