KJFK balloons on runway

JFK Tower advised by Redwood 406 (Virgin America) of metallic balloons about to cross runway. Was steady night on the 22 runways too. Was all over quick and didn't cause any dramas I heard. Caught around 0100Z June 20.

Some little extra audio in places from something playing in the background of my computer and bleeding thru. Have fixed it!
