Funny little clip, part of quite a busy day at KSFO.  The controller in this recording is my favorite controller at KSFO.  He just can't stop cracking up from this pilot's stupidity; probably made his day.

This is my first clip, so enjoy!  I'm a student pilot and I enjoy listening to these other interesting clips you guys post.  Some of them show me how NOT to fly.  Wink

Good clip - nice editing.

IMO and with respect I think "pilot's stupidity" might be a bit harsh, as his action of clearing the runway may have been slow but also may have been prone to a ground controller's visual misinterpretation (is he moving?  Is he stopped?).

Then again, I also defended the Mooney pilot who stopped on the runway at Farmingdale, NY, causing chaos that was heavily discussed in a previous thread so consider the source.

Ah, well, I understand.  We all have our own opinions.  I see your point.

Thanks for the reply.

Nice catch.
"were gonna continue down the runway, were gonna continue down the runway, were gonna continue down the runway".
Controller kept craking up. Made his day. grin
