The above link will take you to an article about an accident which happened at Lahore on 3 November. This incident is missing from the LiveATC archives. Whilst checking for it I looked at the archived files for Lahore recorded 24 hours later and the mp3 I'm attaching here is the result. There are two items of interest. Firstly there's the pilot of a departing aircraft reporting a large number of coloured balloons, tied together, floating at 4500ft near the airport. The second event is a missed approach by Pakistan 302.
I hope I'm not out of order in asking this but could the absence of archive files covering the accident on 3 November be a consequence of the incident?

That feed is up and down a lot due to internet infrastructure issues.  Archives are not removed due to incidents.
