LH457 Super Person standing in the Cabin. Cancels T/O Clearance 08/01

Lufthansa 457 Super (LAX-FRA) was lined up on Rwy 24L at LAX and was given take-off. LH457 informed tower that they cannot takeoff with a person standing in the cabin. Tower cancelled Takeoff clearance and Dynasty 006, who was on final, was waved off.

I wonder if the person standing in the isle is aware of the cost and time he charged the Dynasty 006 flight.
