LOF910A Diverts to KGRR

Last week LOF910A diverted from KTVC to KGRR due to stuck flaps. This was at 2:00am local time, so the KGRR tower was closed. The ZAU controller started out coordinating with KGRR operations.

Unusual to hear airport operations communicating with center controllers and in-air aircraft, etc.

Odd radio station overlaying on the frequency :-).
