I think it's saying temperature inversion. I'm not sure of the part after. Maybe it's a radial/dme and temperature.

ATIS of EDDF

It says 'temperature inversion three eight zero zero feet - niner degrees centigrade'.

So it's a temperature inversion of 9° at an altitude of 3.800'.

Cheers

Audio says:
ATC: silkair 601, Singapore ground good afternoon. Er report your location.
silkair 601: south cross 1, silkair 601.
ATC: silkair 601 bay is F60, taxi via C6.
Silkair 601: C6 for bay F60, silkair 601.

I hear:

- Silkair 221, Singapore ground good afternoon, ah confirm location sir.
- F1, Silkair 601
- Silkair 601, Singapore ground, via F60 taxi C6
- C6 for er via F60, Silkair 601

I don't have an airport diagram for Singapore, so I don't know if the taxi route F1 - F60 - C6 makes sense. I'm guessing F60 is a gate, so that doesn't add up, but I don't know.

Edit: I just had a look at the airport diagram, and it appears sandshooz is correct, they're saying 'South Cross 1'. "via F60 taxi C6" still makes no sense to me, I guess they meant to say "via C6 taxi F60", F60 being the gate and C6 the taxiway along the F gates.

And for the ATIS, as mentioned, just added the 'in use'.

Time 1220 expect independently parallel ILS approach runway 25R or runway 25L, runway in use 25R and 25L, headwind on final more than 25 knots, temperature inversion 3800 feet 9 degrees centigrade.

Oh yeah she does say silkair 221 initially. That's why she was lost cuz there wasn't a silkair 221. When she realised it was silkair 601 she tells him "Bay F60, taxi via C6". She didn't really say via F60. If you listen close enough, you'll catch her saying the word "Bay" rather than "via". =)
