METAR LBSF 310000Z VRB01MPS 0200 R27/0250N FZFG VV001 M07/M07 Q1009 NOSIG

The plane DH8 of Malev Hungarian Airlines(MAH) had been executing orbits for 30 min. and the conditions didn't became better,so MAH834 requested diverting to LHBP(Budapest).
