Regarding PK-661 (PIA Flight 661)...the attached audio was received.

Reception is intermittent due to terrain effects and communication appears to have been lost around 1120 UTC.

PK-661 is heard checking in with Islamabad Approach and being issued a squawk code (2022). PK-661 is then heard requesting a lower altitude and asking permission to turn on transponder for a short while. PK661 is then heard responding "climbing to 45" and then all communication appears to have been lost, possibly due to terrain blockage or PK-661 not having made any more transmissions. After 1120 UTC some other airborne flights (one being Shaheen 122) tried to relay communications to PK-661 - one communication being "cleared to land Runway 12 or 30, both are available" but there appears to have been no response from PK-661 as it probably had impacted terrain already.
