RPA5927 @ KPHL Engine Failure 12/29/14

Republic Flight 5927 (Embraer 175 for US Airways) had just departed PHL when the aircraft suffered a right engine failure.  Clip edited for relevant transmissions and time.  Airport 10 is the Airport Operations Supervisor and Foxtrot 21 is the Fire Service.
