Slightly annoyed controllers

This is two clips I found, edited and put together. In the first part a continental get's the controller ticked for taking a while to complete a descent instruction. In the second clip (which took place at a separate time that day) the controller doesn't like it when ExpressJet/ Continental express (Jetlink) doesn't exactly follow the heading he is given and turns another way. Nothing terribly special, just thought they where slightly amusing.
