The 2 clips appear to be completely unrelated, as the first one is Shamrock125 at a non-US airport and the second is Saudi900 talking to ZBW or N90.

First clip it sounds like they might have said they were just having a problem with their TOGA buttons, not sure.

Second clip the flight was given a clearance to fly direct to BETTY and they were not ready or it wasn't in their flight plan so they just needed an initial heading while they put it in their FMS/FMC.

Transcript of first clip from Dublin Airport...

Shamrock125 we're just having a problem with the tug at the moment. As soon as we get moving again we'll do that and we'll let you know...

Fair enough. ok then, thank you.

I'm in Dublin and I listen to Dublin Airport almost every day and I recognise the flight and controller. No science to it unfortunately! :-D
