Stuck Mic after takeoff - C-GTVI (CYOW, Ottawa)

This afternoon at 2:08pm EDT (18:08Z), aircraft registration C-GTVI had a stuck mic after take-off. The stuck mic lasted over 6 minutes. The aircraft is owned by Ottawa Aviation Service and was likely being flown by a student pilot.

There was a minor impact to operations because the Ottawa Tower Controller usually have both frequencies 118.8 (south field) and 120.1 (north field) combined. This aircraft would have been on frequency 120.1.
