This is currently happening in real time at KLAS. I'm sitting at my other office (read: settee area parallel to 25L/R) and see the arrival execute a low approach over 25R. Maintenance, 2 company jets and an AAL departure all confirm that the #3 tire in the drunk (right inboard) is completely flat.
