Air Canada Airbus A330-300 (ACA876) suffered a taxiway excursion just prior to takeoff to Frankfurt from runway 6R at YYZ. Passengers evacuated using stairs and booked into hotels. Quite embarrassing.

The audio quality on the Toronto tower channel isn't always the best but I thought I'd post it anyway.
