On a recent flight into Salt Lake City I overheard the cockpit asking ZLC Center how high those blimps can go and if they have radar/

Attached is the audio from ZLC center

Sorry I have no photos but we were able to see them pretty clearly.

The balloons are about 60 miles west of SLC in the Utah Test and Training Range.
