Interesting ... they gave the Captainator a Mode A squawk and what sounded like a clearance on a published VFR route.  This would most likely be thru Class B airspace, which requires a Mode S transponder that can transmit altitude information.

I'd say its as fake as Korean levis.

  actually this was in Kuwait and he was cleared IFR direct position TASMI (On the boarder between Kuwait and Iraq) and its military traffic flying in Class A Airspace. He only talks like that when passing through Kuwait FIR for some reason. I guess its just his thing
