Yep. Great controller especially when you are plugged into his frequency when in the tower cab.

Took me a while to warm up to his "great flight, great night" but he is so thoughtful of others and well organized and talks so clearly. What I especially like is that, when things are pure chaos, he'll always find time to explain the problems and strategy to all the crews. They've got to appreciate that. Many other controllers at JFK do this but none do it as well or as oten as this controller. IMHO!

Denis,(as the pilots refer to him) is very organized and always in a good mood and that also helps the pilots loosten up and be in a good mood.  Iam sooooo happy that he is on the shift now so I can listen to him!!! Here is another good recording of him....enjoy!

He never made it through the labs at N90, Im not sure who "John" is but if hes a controller at BOS twr then he'd work local ground clearance and whatever else they have there.

Believe DN bid on and got a sup position at N90, washed out, and was returned to his original facility.
