The tail number for this aircraft looks like it was N121JM.  Reports say the accident occurred sometime around 9:40PM EDT...it came from KACY earlier in the day.  Checking the audio archives for this time frame didn't reveal much information at all.  The only reference to this flight was the tower trying to contact the aircraft two times with no response.  I couldn't find any taxi instructions, line up and wait instruction or takeoff clearance for this flight on the KBED tower feed.  There were also references to the departure end of runway 11 and to a NOTAM being issued (no mention of what the NOTAM was for but most likely for closing the airport).  Unfortunately, the KBED ground feed has been down for some time; maybe that would have revealed something...The KBED departure feed also didn't have anything.

What little audio I could find has been posted in the audio forum.

Among the dead is Lewis Katz, co-owner of The Philadelphia Inquirer, the Philadelphia Daily News and philly.com and also former owner of NBA's New Jersey Nets and the NHL's New Jersey Devils, he was 72 ..

As was suggested in the audio forum where the clip was posted, there was a network issue or a buffering issue at the feed site during this time which would explain why some of the ATC comms were missing from the archived recordings.  Unfortunately, this sort of thing happens...
