« on: March 17, 2013, 10:05:18 PM »
3 Passengers on board.  Weather conditions clear skies, 75 deg.  Apparently had some sort of engine malfunction on takeoff. No survivors.

From the Sun Sentinel...
The plane lost power shortly after lift-off from Fort Lauderdale Executive Airport, banked steeply to the right and plunged into an automobile impound lot, where it burst into flames. A boat and several repossessed cars were destroyed, but no one on the ground was injured.

Killed in the crash were pilot Steven Waller, 65, of Deerfield Beach; Wally Watson, 66, of Boca Raton; and his son, Kevin Watson, 30, of Pompano Beach.
