Nice plane, Joey !!   Do you know what American carriers will be using it.  Also, what are some of the major

differences between the 800i and the last version of the 747 that Boeing came out with ?   Thank you...

This should answer your q's:

http://www.boeing.com/commercial/747family/specs.html
http://www.boeing.com/commercial/747family/747-8_facts.html
http://www.boeing.com/commercial/747family/pf/pf_facts.html

As far as U.S. based carriers to operate the -8i, not sure at this time...

Checked the Boeing website.  They show 106 orders for the 747-8 family, 36 for the passenger model and 70 for the freight model.  No American carriers have any orders for the passenger model and only Atlas Air has orders (9) for the freighter.  GECAS also has orders (2) for the freighter but no indication who the lessee will be.
