Should have this restored with a new UPS Sunday night.   I no longer believe APC (UPS ppl) that they can stop a lightning bolt.  I figure if lightning can travel in free air for a mile, some stupid ass UPS cannot save my equipment. shocked

Doesn't APC guarantee your equipment will not be damaged from a direct lightning strike and will pay for the replacement if fried by a strike?
