For all those interested the Dubuque Tower/Chicago Center feed is back up. If you notice the feed down at all, please let me know. The University has switched several of thier wireless access points (placing WEP keys) and completed upgrades to all there operating systems to Windows XP Pro. When I left the airport today they still had an access point that they were unable to complete a setup on so there may still be a chance the connection may be dropped.

I noted DBQ down as of 31 AUG 08.   Since it appears I cannot establish a new thread, just used a three year old one.

Only feeders can establish threads here.  The purpose of the forum is not for listeners to point out what is down (we already know) - but rather for feeders to announce when they would be experiencing planned downtime.

There is always going to be some unplanned downtime for just about every feed.
