The KDBQ (Dubuque Regl) feed is back online. Sorry for this drawn out delay.
Also the University of Dubuque's Office of Technology informed me that the UD Network and all network applications will not be available from Wednesday (August 10) at 5:00 PM until Thursday (August 11) 5:00 AM while the Office of Technology completes an upgrade to the Master Switch. It is anticipated that this upgrade will be completed by Friday morning.
Because of this the feed from the airport will be down until at least Thursday evening into Friday morning.
