Can't wait to have the KEWR back up please.
My daughter is Continental (International) Crew usually on the Milan, Paris, Tel Aviv, Athens, Delhi, Stockholm, etc legs, and along with www.fboweb.com
find the site extremely interesting and useful as Ex aircrew myself.......(even if I do date back to Avro Lancasters).
Off topic (Perhaps you can re-post for me please Dave):
Wonder if any of the sites have considered the use of the QFH antenna for 'all round' (Azimuth AND Elevation) reception. If interested please get in touch....designed by NASA they are quite simple to manufacture, and full details are available if you punch 'QFH' into Google. There is also a 'calculator' for exact dimensions for any freq. I use one for NOAA satellite reception in the 137/138 MHz band, and find it has NO NULLS in azimuth or elevation what so ever, no matter where the satellite 'track' is relative to the antenna at any moment in time, therefore giving extremely good picture images.
