KLAS OFF AIR until further notice
« on: January 07, 2010, 11:27:06 PM »
Yep there goes KLAX and now KLAS !!

What a way to start off the New Year :-(

Its been fun but like they say "All good things come to an end"

However there is good news in the future I'm moving to a new house but It will take some time before I'm able to put up the antenna and setup the feed again

If I'm taking to much time and there's someone else that would like to host the feed please let Dave know I'm sure he and the many listeners would love to have you  :-)

Thanks for all of your support

Good Night And Good Luck

Congrats on the new house and your feed will be missed!

I enjoyed listening in and hearing vistors to KLAS not know what the Stratosphere was ;)

I'm getting a scanner soon and hopefully will be able to set up a KSAT feed!

Greetings Glen from your 75 meter friend down the street.  I've made contact with Dave, and am currently doing a test stream of 119.90.  I will pick up the task of both runway freqs as well as Approach / Departure freqs.  73's.  Scotty K7MIX

Currently running on a 1/4 wave ground plane.  Have ordered a DPD Air Omni with hard line.  All signals in the Vegas airspace should be great!

Hello Scotty
Its good to hear from you again its been a long time since I've talked with you on 75m
So how's Art Bell ? LOL

Anyway I'm happy to see your able to pick up the KLAS feed and its a good thing too since I have no ISP or even a PC set up yet

I wish you would have contacted me sooner as we could have worked out a deal with my 5\8 wave ground plane and all the stuff that goes with it for the feed

If you would like any help setting up the new feed please PM me

73s for now
