KOAK frequency / channel changes

A couple of modifications to my KOAK "dual channel" feed lineup:

1. I've moved Clearance Delivery 121.1 from the left channel to the right channel to alleviate any congestion on the South Field commercial airliners side of the feed.

2. Additional Tower frequency 124.9 added to the right channel North Field General Aviation frequency lineup.
