Maybe it is a problem on my end, but using iTunes and a MacBook, even with the volume up at max, and the volume boost set to +100% for the feed, I have found lately the volume level is very very low.

Can you turn up the volume on all of the Boston feeds?

Thanks you so much for your hard work.  I listen to these feeds every day!

Same issue, very (almost inaudible) sound levels.

Not much I can do right now.  Reason for low volume unknown.  Probably requires a site visit which will be days.

Audio problems were fixed.

Dave,

Data centers being data centers, and knowing how many sets of redundant circuits they have going into it, could it still be possible that they've been hit by the storm that's went through up there? News was saying that some 400,000 people are still without power and that was from the storm on Friday..

There is no ice down near the KBOS feed.  It backhauls on a Comcast residential circuit and there are no outages in that area.  Traceroutes to the site end at the headend close to the house, so it's not an ice or other network issue.  This is a lockup issue on a Linksys router there that has been a PITA to fix - firmware updates, etc. have not stabilized it.  Fortunately someone is on site to at least reboot the router.

Other feeds that ARE affected by the ice storm that killed us here:

Atlantic-HF feed (at my house where there is still a power line down in front of me)
Even when power is restored I think there is extensive antenna damage in the woods where the HF antennas (dipole and Beverage antennas) are located.

These are located in Harvard, MA - still without power:
KBED (all)
KORH
ZBW-High
ZBW-GDM

The ice storm was brutal here.
